- This the ideal time to buy lamb because the lambs are finished on pasture to a weight of 80-100 pounds, at the age of 8 months.
- Stewing hens are now available at a cost of $5.50 each, with a charge for processing of $2.50 each. These are flavorful old hens and great for winter soups and stews.
- We have a limited number of whole fryers available frozen at a cost of $10 each plus $2.50 for the processing. The whole fryers are great for either frying or roasting, and have a wonderful flavor.
- Pork—whole, half or quarter—$2 per pound hanging weight
- Pork chops, ribs, and sausage are also available.
